About This Special Issue
Currently the results that are evidenced about the prediction of the epidemic caused by Covid, uncontrollable chaotic behaviors are registered, which are not published completely. It has been a health situation that is affecting all of humanity. On the other hand, the evolution of the essential methodological paradigms for mathematical models and their applications in different fields of studies, in particular, medical sciences; as well as the processing of information, and the different ways of representing it for the analysis, understanding, explanation and interpretation of phenomena, and processes. Publications of research results have been insufficient, thus showing a difficult and long path to follow. It is necessary to disseminate scientific knowledge based on experimental data, which meet the requirements demanded from the following objective: they develop methodologies for solving medical problems, through mathematical models of quantitative and qualitative prediction according to the evolution of the paradigms, and the needs of humanity. It is defined as a scientific problem: How do you develop methodologies to solve medical problems through mathematical models of quantitative and qualitative prediction, in accordance with the needs of humanity, and paradigms? They will develop methodologies for comparison of analysis to the understanding, explanation and interpretation of the information represented, through mathematical models of quantitative and qualitative prediction, and the requirements of the behavior of the phenomena, and processes considered for the diagnosis, and checking of the therapy. Applied to individuals, the family and the community. The resolution of medical problems through the application of mathematical models of quantitative and qualitative prediction, in which continuous, discontinuous (jumping), and stochastic behaviors are detailed, constitute alternatives to make decisions, and verify diagnoses and treatments, in concordance with focuses methodological the design of a method like tool of mathematical work, that way I eat of clinical and epidemiologic aspects, formative professionals of the specialist futures of the medical sciences in particular. Mathematical models are examined that detail the information on health situations that are very different by their nature, which can be applied to the prediction of the evolution of the Coronavirus, the rate of change (speed of spread of the epidemic) is currently tripling. Representing information of discreet data, continuous, discontinuous of finite leaps and infinities, probabilistic according to the processings demonstrated experimentally in mass aleatory events as well as the emphasis of the different methods to be applicable to the sciences.
